ASTM F136 ASTM B348 Titanium Rectangular Profiles 12000mm Titanium Alloy Pi

Product Description
Rectangular Titanium Pipe - Reliable for Industrial Applications

Product Description:
Titanium tubes can be distinguished according to their shape into round and
square tubes. Circular tubes are advantageous in that they provide the most
capacity to carry fluid under the circumstances with the same circumference.
However, there are also certain drawbacks to round tubes when bending on a
plane occurs, as the strength of rectangular or square tubes typically
outperforms that of round tubes.

The performance of titanium tubes is excellent: they are available in
materials like Gr1, Gr2, and Gr5, with titanium alloy Gr5 comprising of
Ti6Al4V, with tensile performance of over 800, and a yield of around 30.
Additionally, the density of titanium alloy is 4.5 g/cm3, significantly
higher than other industrial structure design materials, making it a great
choice for mechanical and structural parts, skeletons and the like.

Features:
Titanium alloy is known for its high strength and high temperature
resistance. It can work for a long amount of time at 450-500 degrees, which
is much stronger than its working environment of 150-500 degrees.
Additionally, its hardness does not fluctuate under these temperatures.

Moreover, its corrosion resistant properties give it an edge over other
materials, as it proves to be highly impervious to seawater, alkali,
chlorine, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and other corrosive agents.

Applications:
Generally, stainless steel is used in the construction and machinery
manufacturing industry, as well as in structural and other projects. It can
be used in shipbuilding , aerospace and for solar and nuclear power support.
Steel structure engineering and power, chemical machinery, boiler
construction, house construction, airports and other areas also often uses
stainless steel due to its non-magnetic and light hardness qualities.

Packing and Shipping:
Titanium Tube Packaging and Shipping

Titanium tubes are shipped in a variety of ways to meet the customer’s
needs. The most common methods are palletizing, box packing, and shrink-
wrapping. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and careful
consideration should be given to the customer’s needs when selecting the
best shipping method.

Palletizing involves wrapping the titanium tubes in a special plastic wrap
and then placing them on a pallet for transport. This method offers maximum
protection for the product, but can be expensive and time-consuming. Box
packing involves packing the titanium tubes in a cardboard box and then
taping it shut for transport. This method is less expensive and more
efficient, but may not provide as much protection as palletizing.

Shrink-wrapping is the most common method of shipping titanium tubes. In
this method, the tubes are wrapped in a special plastic wrap and then sealed
with heat. This method provides the most protection, but can be expensive
and time-consuming. Each of these methods has its own advantages and
disadvantages, and should be carefully considered when selecting the best
shipping method.
