The new type organic fertilizer granulator is a kind of granulating machine
which can make the material into a specific ball shape. It adopts the new
process design principle of wet continuous push rod granulation. When the raw
materials enter the granulator, the raw materials are first made into semi-
finished particles by the principle of stirring teeth, and then they are put
into the rotary drum granulation part for secondary granulation. The
pelletizing rate can reach 99% and the finished products are all round balls.
Compared with other granulators, this new granulator not only improves the
pelletizing rate, but also greatly improves the output of finished products. It
is a good choice for new and old customers.

Working principle :

Use the high speed of rotation of mechanical blending force and the occurred
air power, realize the process of the fine powder continuous being blended,
granulated, balled, densified,thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The
shape of granule is spherical, and the size of the granule can be adjusted
according to the mixing amount of materials and the main shaft speed, the lower
the mixing amount, the higher the speed of rotation, the smaller the
granule,and vice versa.
