of approximately 1,170 liters of beer per batch, the system combines high
performance with the flexibility to meet diverse brewing needs. YME's 10 bbl
brewhouse is ideal for small to medium sized microbreweries looking to produce
on a commercial scale in a relatively compact footprint and have the
flexibility to brew a wide range of beer styles.

Features:
High-quality materials: Manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel to ensure
the durability and ease of cleaning of the equipment, which meets food-grade
standards.

Versatile configurations: 2, 3 or 4 vessel systems are available, and
combinations of saccharification/filtration tanks, boiling/rotary tanks and hot
water tanks can be selected according to demand, adapting to different brewing
processes.

Heating mode: support steam, electric heating or direct flame heating, you can
choose the most suitable heating mode according to the actual conditions.

Automatic control: Equipped with PLC or PID control system, it realizes precise
control of temperature, pump speed and other key parameters to improve the
stability and repeatability of brewing process.
