1050, 1060, 1100, 3003 Food-Grade Aluminum Circles for Kitchenware

In the modern kitchenware and cookware manufacturing industry, the selection of base materials directly determines the forming
quality, thermal conductivity, and service life of the finished product. Food-grade aluminum Circles in 1050, 1060, and 1100 pure
aluminum grades, as well as 3003 aluminum-manganese alloy, have become preferred raw materials for manufacturers of non-stick pans,
pressure cookers, frying pans, kettles, and baking molds worldwide. This is due to their excellent deep-drawing performance, uniform
heat conductivity, and strict food-contact compliance.
Food-grade aluminum Circles are circular aluminum blanks made from aluminum sheets or coils through cutting, punching, and forming
processes. They are commonly used as raw materials for manufacturing aluminum cookware and kitchen utensils.
Common Alloys
1050 Aluminum Disc – High aluminum purity and excellent thermal conductivity.
1060 Aluminum Disc – Excellent thermal conductivity and good formability.
1100 Aluminum Disc – Good corrosion resistance, ductility, and workability.
3003 Aluminum Disc – Higher strength and excellent formability, suitable for more demanding cookware applications.

Applications

1050, 1060, 1100, and 3003 aluminum Circles are suitable for manufacturing a wide range of kitchenware and food-contact metal
products, including but not limited to:
Non-stick frying pans and flat pans
Woks, stockpots, and milk pots
Pressure cookers and cooker lids
Steamers, steaming trays, and steamer inserts
Baking trays, cake molds, and pizza pans
Aluminum serving trays, food trays, and lunch boxes
Kitchen storage containers and food-processing containers
Rice cooker inner pot housings and kitchen appliance components
Aluminum substrates for multilayer composite cookware
Spun cookware, deep-drawn cookware, and anodized cookware

Key Product Advantages

1. Lightweight
Aluminum has a density of only 2.70 g/cm³, making it lightweight, easy to transport, and easy to process. This helps reduce
logistics costs significantly. Cookware made from aluminum is also lighter and better suited to modern ergonomic kitchen
requirements.
2. Excellent Deep-Drawing Performance
Aluminum Circles offer high plasticity and ductility, making them highly suitable for manufacturing deeply drawn products such as
pots and kettles. They are less likely to crack or wrinkle during forming. Optimized for deep drawing and stretching processes, these
Circles effectively reduce earing and cracking, thereby minimizing material waste.
3. Efficient Thermal Conductivity
Pure aluminum grades, especially 1050 and 1060, provide excellent thermal conductivity, allowing cookware to heat quickly and evenly.
This improves cooking performance and energy efficiency. The 3003 series also offers excellent heat-transfer properties and ensures
uniform heating across the cookware body.
4. High Surface Quality
Oil stains, scratches, dents, and other surface defects are strictly controlled during production. The Circles have a flat, smooth
surface that is especially suitable for cookware finishing processes such as anodizing and coating. They can maintain a semi-mirror
finish after bright dipping and anodizing.
5. Safe and Non-Toxic
The products comply with food-contact material requirements and are odorless, non-toxic, and safe for end users. Cookware, including
non-stick pans made from 3003 alloy, is hygienic and safe for food-related applications.
6. Strong Corrosion Resistance
Aluminum alloy Circles provide excellent resistance to atmospheric and marine environments, resulting in long service life and low
maintenance costs. The 3003 series is particularly well known for its superior corrosion resistance.
7. Environmentally Friendly and Recyclable
Aluminum is 100% recyclable and supports green manufacturing practices. It can be recycled and reused repeatedly, making it ideal for
circular-economy and sustainable manufacturing initiatives.
8. Clean Edges and Reduced Die Wear
The products can be manufactured through precision punching or cutting processes, resulting in neat edges with minimal burrs. This
makes them suitable for automated feeding and continuous stamping production. Good roundness and edge quality also help reduce die
wear and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Company Profile

We are a modern enterprise integrating aluminum material research and development, production, sales, and technical services, with 30
years of manufacturing experience. Our workshops are equipped with fully automated punching lines, precision annealing furnaces,
high-precision slitting equipment, and online inspection systems.
With an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons, we can provide a full range of aluminum Circles with diameters from 70 mm to 1200
mm and thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 6.5 mm.
Our products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, France, the United States, Japan,
South Korea, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. From raw-material intake through finished-product delivery, we implement full-
process quality control to ensure that every batch of aluminum Circles meets or exceeds customer expectations in chemical
composition, mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality.
We are committed to providing superior aluminum material solutions for the global kitchenware manufacturing industry.

Export Packaging and Shipment

To prevent oxidation and deformation caused by moisture and impact during sea transportation, all aluminum Circles are packed using
standard export-grade moisture-proof packaging.
Inner Protection:
Paper interleaving or protective film is placed between each stack of Circles to prevent surface scratches caused by friction. The
Circles are sealed with plastic film and packed with desiccants.
Middle Protection:
The products are wrapped with reinforced cardboard and covered with cross-pattern moisture-proof paper.
Outer Fixing:
Fumigated wooden pallets or steel pallets are used for load-bearing support. High-strength steel straps or plastic packing straps
secure the cargo firmly for long-distance container transportation.
