2 Piece Ball Valves

The 2-Piece Ball Valve is an industrial valve that uses threaded
connections to connect to pipelines, allowing for easy installation and
removal in plumbing and industrial applications. It consists of two main
parts, the body and the end cap, making it beneficial for maintenance and
for a thorough cleaning of the ball, seat, and other internal parts by
disassembling the valve. The valve is commonly used to control the flow of
fluids by rotating a spherical ball with a bore (hole) through it to either
allow or block the flow. This design allows for instant on/off control and
low-torque operation, and the ball's tight seal prevents leaks, even under
high pressure.

Our 2-piece ball valves are known for their reliability, versatility for
various fluids, efficient flow control, low pressure drop, minimal leakage,
and easy maintenance. These ball valves are available in a variety of
pressure models, such as 1000WOG, 1500/2000WOG, or 3000WOG, and are mainly
made of stainless steel 316 (ASTM A351 Gr CF8M) or carbon steel ASTM A216
Gr. WCB, providing excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and
durability. Each valve includes a blow-out proof stem and adjustable stem
packing, ensuring the security and high performance. Additionally, we have
some models available with mounting pad and direct mounting options for
actuators installation.
