Product Introduction
The equipment adopts Volkswagen Jetta 1.4T electronically controlled
gasoline engine as the basis, which can be used for the practical operation of
engine starting, acceleration, deceleration and other working conditions, truly
demonstrating the composition structure and working process of electronically
controlled gasoline engine, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Suitable for
higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and
training institutions on automotive engines and maintenance of practical
training teaching needs.

Engine assembly, the original engine computer, combined instrumentation,
engine start and run all relevant original accessories, fault setting and
troubleshooting system, the original circuit schematic and testing terminals,
large-capacity battery, stainless steel fuel tank, engine acceleration
mechanism, console, removable table, table power switch, diagnostic socket,
cooling system, digital display table, fuel pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, with

Product features
1, The training bench measurement panel painted with colorful spray-painted
circuit diagram, using 8mm thickness of high-strength acrylic sheet spray-
painted, with a large temperature difference, wear-resistant, moisture-proof,
corrosion-resistant, not easy to deformation, long service life, bright colors,
not easy to fade and so on.
2, The operating panel of the training bench is installed with automotive
instrumentation, fuel pressure gauge, vacuum pressure gauge, can real-time
display engine speed, fuel pressure, intake manifold pressure and other
parameter changes. Diagnostic socket is installed, which can be connected with
special or general-purpose car decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes,
read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions for the engine electronic
control system. Equipped with throttle control device, which can facilitate the
acceleration and deceleration of the engine.
3、There are testing terminals installed on the panel of the training bench,
which can directly detect the electrical signals of sensors, actuators and
engine control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current,
frequency signals, etc.
