Spark plasma sintering furnace (SPS) (20t, 1600 ℃)

Plasma spark sintering (spark) is a new technology for rapid consolidation of
powders. SPS uses a high current pulse power supply to stimulate and promote the
consolidation and reactive sintering process. Compared with the traditional
technology, SPS can adjust the density of all kinds of conductor, non conductor and
composite materials to any required value.
SPS shortens the experimental time and energy consumption to the greatest extent,
while maintaining the micro nano structure perfectly. Therefore, since its birth,
it has rapidly become an important tool in scientific research, new material
research and development, industrial production and other fields
The highest temperature of spark plasma sintering system can reach 1600 ℃. It can
be used for material annealing, material hot pressing bonding, surface treatment
and synthesis, etc. The samples can be metals, ceramics, nano materials and
amorphous materials. This device is especially suitable for the research of solid
electrolyte and thermoelectric materials
