Spherical roller bearing features double‑row spherical rollers and spherical
outer raceway. It allows angular deflection between inner assembly and outer
ring with superior self‑aligning performance, compensating shaft deflection
and mounting misalignment.
High load‑carrying capacity and excellent shock resistance. It undertakes
heavy radial loads together with bidirectional axial combined loads. Inner
rings, outer rings and spherical rollers are quenched and super‑precision
ground GCr15 bearing steel. Brass or stamped‑steel cages are available. Most
models are equipped with grease nipples for regular grease maintenance.
Main series: 222, 223, 230, 231, 232. Suitable for low‑speed heavy‑duty
applications with relatively low limiting speed. Strict coaxiality is not
required during installation; heavy hammering shall be avoided to prevent
raceway damage.
Commonly used in mining machinery, metallurgical rolling mills, large reducers,
fans, cement equipment, paper‑making machines and construction machinery for
heavy‑duty positions with shaft deformation risk.
