Application

Suitable for sludge dewatering in various industries such as municipal sewage,
food, chemical industry, leather, papermaking, printing and dyeing, petroleum,
pharmaceuticals, slaughter, etc.; suitable for low-concentration and high-
concentration sludge treatment, with a concentration from 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.



Structure and Working Principle

The core part of the screw sludge dewatering machine is one or several groups of
filter units composed of a screw drive shaft, multiple fixed laminations and
multiple floating laminations. Each filter unit is divided into two parts:
concentration section and dehydration section. From the sewage inlet of the
concentration section to the mud cake outlet of the dewatering section, the pitch
of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the fixed ring and the
moving ring gradually changes. small. There is a back pressure plate at the sludge
outlet to adjust the pressure in the spiral cavity. The spiral sludge dewatering
machine completes the thickening and squeezing and dewatering of the sludge in one
cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method
with a unique and subtle filter body mode.





Working Principle

1. Thickening: When the screw drive shaft rotates, the multiple solid and active
laminations arranged on the periphery of the drive shaft move relative to each
other. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out of the relatively moving
lamination gap to achieve rapid concentration.

2. Dewatering: The concentrated sludge moves forward with the rotation of the screw
shaft; along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the screw shaft
gradually decreases, and the gap between the rings gradually decreases, and the
volume of the spiral cavity Constantly shrinking; under the action of the back
pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. Under the
continuous continuous operation of the screw drive shaft, the water in the sludge
is squeezed and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to
increase, finally achieving sludge Continuous dehydration.

3. Self-cleaning: The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the moving ring to
continuously rotate. The equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring
and the moving ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, thereby cleverly
avoiding the common blocking problem of traditional dehydrators.



Main Features

The main body of the screw sludge dewatering machine is composed of multiple fixed
rings, swimming rings and spiral filtering parts, which organically combines
filtration and thickening technology and pressing technology to complete the
thickening and pressing and dewatering of sludge in one cylinder; In the cavity, it
uses the relative swimming between the fixed and moving laminations to quickly
discharge the filtrate without clogging; in the dehydration cavity, the continuous
contraction of the volume of the spiral cavity is used to enhance the internal
pressure and the pressure regulating mechanism of the back pressure plate. The
unique and subtle filter mode replaces the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal
filtration methods, and its advanced solid-liquid separation and self-cleaning
