Heat treatment standard: quenching at 850℃, oil cooling; tempering at 560℃,

Heat treatment:

1. Normalizing: Heat the furnace to 900°C~930°C, keep the thickest cross
section per inch at this temperature for one hour, and cool in air.

2. Heat to austenitizing at a temperature of 860℃~885℃, and keep the thickest
cross section per inch for one hour at this temperature

3. Normalizing or oil quenching, and cooling to a maximum temperature of 121°C

4. Temper at a temperature that achieves the following mechanical properties.
The thickest cross-section per inch is held for one hour at the tempering
temperature, and the tempering temperature range is 640 ° C ~ 680 ° C

5. For each heat treatment process, a heat treatment chart must be drawn.

6. The mechanical property test shall be carried out in accordance with the
stipulations of ASTM. A-370. The sample material used for the test shall be cut
from the test bar of the same furnace steel. The casting or forging represented
by the sample and the test bar shall be in the same furnace. The test bar shall
be heat treated in the same furnace together with the charge.

7. The mechanical properties should meet the following requirements: (Tested
with a test bar, sampling according to APT 6A, 110K standard) - Tensile
