4500~8000Nm³/h VPSA Oxygen Plant

The 4500–8000 Nm³/h VPSA Oxygen Plant is Doer's large-capacity on-site oxygen
generation system developed for industrial facilities with continuous and high-
volume oxygen demand.
Designed for applications such as steelmaking, ironmaking, non-ferrous metal
smelting and other large industrial processes, this Large Scale VPSA Oxygen
Plant can produce up to approximately 8,000 Nm³/h oxygen per train, with oxygen
purity up to approximately 94%.
Unlike smaller skid-mounted VPSA systems, equipment in this capacity range is
engineered as an industrial project according to actual oxygen consumption,
required oxygen purity, delivery pressure, installation altitude and site
conditions.
For projects requiring more than 8,000 Nm³/h total oxygen capacity, multiple
VPSA trains can be configured according to the required plant output.
