4D 51mm Low Melt Polyester Fiber for Thermal Bonding Nonwoven
HEDA 4D 51mm low melt polyester fiber is a thermal bonding fiber used as an
eco-friendly adhesive fiber in nonwoven wadding, batting, padding,
automotive interior materials and thermal-bonded felt.
With an around 110°C melt point, low melt fiber helps bond polyester fibers
during hot air or thermal processing. It can be blended with hollow fiber,
solid fiber, recycled polyester fiber or other staple fibers according to
the required bonding strength and final product structure.
