500L Vertical Milk Cooling Tank

Heavy-duty 500L vertical milk cooling tank built for medium-to-large dairy
farms. Equipped with an industrial-grade refrigeration unit and precision
controls, this dairy cooling tank rapidly cools large batches of milk to 4°C
and maintains stable temperatures. Designed for high-volume milk handling, it
streamlines daily operations with hygienic construction and reliable long-term
performance.
The 500L vertical milk cooling tank is designed for dairy operations that have
outgrown small 100L–300L coolers but do not yet require a 1000L bulk milk
tank. It provides a practical balance between milk capacity, installation
footprint and refrigeration load for farms that cool milk in one main batch or
several smaller additions before collection or processing.
With a listed 5P refrigeration unit, 12,500 kcal/h cooling capacity and 0.75kW
agitator, this model is positioned as a compact commercial milk cooler rather
than a large industrial storage tank. Its upright structure is particularly
useful where the milk room has sufficient height but limited floor width.
