Structural design
The bowl fiber sintered felt series products have a three-dimensional network,
porous structure, multiple porosity options, and uniform distribution. Therefore,
sintered fiber felt effectively overcomes the defects of easy blockage and damage of
building metal mesh. It compensates for the fragility and insufficient flow rate of
powder filtration products in the building, and also solves the characteristics of
temperature and pressure resistance of filter paper and cloth.

Features :
The bowl fiber sintered felt is made of finely spun and high-temperature sintered
bowl fibers with a diameter of micrometers, which can withstand extremely high
temperatures (300C) and maintain micro pore stability. The felt has a multi-layer
structure and a gradient distribution of micro pores, which has extremely high
filtration accuracy.

Applications:
The Ti series bowl fiber felt is a pure bowl substrate with extremely high purity.
After surface coating processing, it forms an insoluble anode PSA with excellent
performance. Compared with graphite fiber felt, it has higher current density and
service life, especially the performance of the high-temperature 180C stack is
better.Suitable for hydrogen fuel cells (high-temperature type) gas diffusion layer,
flow cell anode GDL reaction layer, PEM electrolysis hydrogen production anode GDL
substrate.
