Thermal shock tests must comply with a series of international standards, which
are widely used in the testing of different industries and products:
Iec 60068-2-14: For temperature change testing.
MIL-STD-810: Mainly for environmental testing of military equipment.
ISO16750: Applicable to automotive electronic testing
JESD22-A104: Used for testing electronic components.
GJB150.5: It stipulates the calculation of the temperature stabilization time
in the test. If the temperature stabilization time is less than 1 hour, the
time should be set at 1 hour. If the temperature stabilization time is greater
than 1 hour, the actual temperature stabilization time shall be used for
calculation.
GB2423.22: It stipulates five time periods ranging from 10 minutes to 3 hours.
The holding time should be selected based on the stabilization time of the
product temperature in the cold and heat shock test chamber being tested, and a
similar or optional time period grade should be chosen.
Method 503.4 of the 810F specification: Directly adopt the time required for
the product to reach a stable temperature or the exposure time of the product
in the actual environment, without specifying a specific time or an optional

The equipment is usually divided into three parts: high-temperature zone, low-
temperature zone and test zone. It adopts a special heat insulation structure
