AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Directional Control Valve Load Balance

Stephen is from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Greece, and his
3-year procurement is very successful. At the beginning of the year, their
customer customized the company's large tonnage cranes, with very high
requirements for hydraulic cartridge directional control valves. Stephen chose
a local hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer who has cooperated with him for
3 years to make samples. During the prototype debugging, the connecting
pipeline of the oil cylinder burst, causing the boom to drop abnormally. Their
engineers advised that the key is to optimize the load balance of the hydraulic
cartridge directional control valve. The manufacturer said that this hydraulic
cartridge directional control valve benchmarks a standard part of HydraForce
and cannot be improved. Stephen contacted more than 10 hydraulic cartridge
valve manufacturers, but none of them was willing to improve the standard parts
of HydraForce. Stephen was very worried.

Stephen found AAK while browsing Google. He noticed that AAK was continuously
supplying HydraForce and left a message: Can AAK optimize the hydraulic
cartridge directional control valve of HydraForce standard parts? I guess that
he encountered trouble in purchasing hydraulic cartridge directional control
valves. After communication, I learned the story above. According to his
hydraulic schematic diagram, production drawings of hydraulic cartridge
directional control valve, and equipment work videos, AAK engineer said that
the original system was designed as a double cylinder luffing structure. During
the luffing operation, the cylinder motion was not synchronous. When the system
was suddenly loaded, the double cylinders were biased and the pipeline burst.
Only by optimizing the structure of the hydraulic cartridge directional control
valve can the load balance of the system be improved. Stephen saw the hope and
paid the development cost on the second day. After 35 days, AAK sent 12 samples
of hydraulic cartridge directional control valves.

2 weeks later, Stephen informed by email that after replacing with AAK
hydraulic cartridge direction control valves, the prototype debugging was
smooth, no pipeline burst, and the equipment had been delivered to the
customer. After the customer tried, there would be an official order.

AAK optimized the structure of the hydraulic cartridge directional control
valve, and set small tricks on the first and second oil ports of the valve
body. The oil passage between the first oil port and the valve chamber is
equipped with a detachable damper, and the inner wall of the valve chamber at
one side of the second oil port is provided with a boss extending radially.
After this optimization, the oil pressure connected to the first oil port and
the second oil port of the valve can act on both ends of the valve spool
respectively, and the valve spool can slide between the first working position
and the second working position under the action of the pressure oil. When the
valve spool is in the first working position, the first oil port of the valve
body is connected to the second oil port, and when the valve spool is in the
second working position, the oil path between the first oil port and the second
oil port of the valve body is not connected.

AAK hydraulic cartridge directional control valve, no longer need to worry
about safety, you can also try a small order!
