AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve No Blockage

Ephraim comes from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Chile. He has

3. An oil make-up valve spool with an overflow valve port is arranged below the
spring seat. An oil port is arranged between the oil make-up valve spool and
the spring seat, the valve rod passes through the overflow valve port, and the
dynamic seal of the overflow valve spool is matched at the bottom of the
overflow valve port. The oil make-up valve spool and spring seat are of an
integrated structure. The sealing surface of the oil make-up valve spool is a
spherical sealing surface, and the sealing surface of the overflow valve spool
is a conical sealing surface.

The optimized AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve eliminates the previous
damping holes and slender holes, reducing the number of seals. The sealing
surface adopts the structure of combination of conical surface and spherical
surface, which is better for sealing and assembly.
