from Israel left a message: "We have a customized hydraulic cartridge flow
control valve from Israel, with a slightly special contour of the valve
cage. The original manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge flow control

valve is not a one-time solution.

I told Dotan that the stability of the quality of these special products
often tests the details and even micro details of the hydraulic cartridge
valve manufacturer, such as AAK's innovative ultrasonic cleaning process for

The cleaning of this hydraulic cartridge flow control valve must require
ultrasonic cleaning before packaging, but there is still a risk of

The key to cleaning special valve cages lies in careful operation and the
proportion of cleaning oil. AAK formulates its own cleaning oil based on the
characteristics of impurities, which does not stick to metal surfaces. The
cleaning process is then set to tap water mode, utilizing the potential
energy of the liquid to impact. In combination with a manual brush, clean
all parts of the valve cage, especially the concave corners, and finally
rinse the oil port with clean oil. After cleaning, place it on a tray and
dry it before entering the assembly process.
