AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Hole Machining 5 Processes in one go

The day before yesterday, Franco from Spain left a message on AAK website:
Can you customize hydraulic cartridge directional control valves with high
precision requirements for valve holes? I estimate that Franco encountered
the problem of unstable valve hole accuracy when purchasing hydraulic
directional control valves. The stable manufacturing quality of hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturers lies in the machining accuracy. Recently,
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK introduced the precision
machining of valve cages and valve spools for hydraulic cartridge valves.
Today, we will introduce the machining accuracy of valve holes. Some
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers focus most of their energy on the
accuracy of the valve spool and valve cage, often neglecting the accuracy of
the valve hole. Some hydraulic power units with high requirements may
sometimes experience equipment abnormalities due to unstable valve hole
accuracy.

After communicating with Franco, it was learned that he encountered unstable
valve hole accuracy in hydraulic directional control valves purchased from
other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers. He was unable to investigate
the accuracy of each valve hole, and the original manufacturer could not
guarantee that the accuracy of each valve hole was fixed at a certain value.
I told Franco: The machining of valve holes involves drilling, milling,
boring, chamfering, and deburring. If these 5 processes are completed in one
go, there is no need to worry about accuracy. However, most hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturers need 2-3 times to complete these 5 processes.
If there is an error in the fixture or positioning, it will affect the
accuracy of the valve hole. You can watch a video of how AAK completes 5
processing steps in one go.

From the video, we can see that AAK processes valve holes using a single
clamping machine, which completes the valve hole processing in one go. The
details before processing are to set the coordinate system of the machine
tool, determine the coordinate values based on the machining data of the
valve hole, and then input them into the system. Set the Z-axis value again,
select the match tool, and similarly, input the data into the system. The
determination of the data twice and the input into the system are crucial,
and then the machine tool can be started. The biggest feature of this
machine tool is that it is equipped with 7 cutting tools during processing,
which can complete 5 processes from drilling, milling, boring, chamfering,
and deburring in one go, that is, complete the machining of the hydraulic
directional control valve hole in one go. Not only is it efficient, but it
also has stable accuracy, as long as there are no errors in the data setting
process.

Today, we received the first order from Franco for hydraulic cartridge
directional control valves, which took only 3 days from inquiry to order.
Although the quantity was only 80 pcs, I believe this is just the beginning
for Franco.
