AAK Hydraulic Directional Control Valve, 2 Million Times of Performance

Merchant is from Brazil. In the second half of last year, they developed a
hydraulic power unit, which requires a hydraulic cartridge directional control

and high requirements, few manufacturer paid attention to Merchant. Merchant

be sent out within 5-6 weeks. Merchant immediately relaxed and paid for

general 45 steel. Material selection is the key, heat treatment is the core,
and most of the peers are not sufficient here.

2. In terms of machining, the valve hole of this hydraulic cartridge
directional control valve is machined with diamond reamer, which is completely
ground without trace, and the accuracy of the valve hole is guaranteed to be
within 1.2μm, the surface roughness reaches Ra0.2-0.3.

3. In terms of technician, with 30 years of experience and 12 years of
equipment operation, it is difficult for the operation to be with defects.
