Bauer is from Brazil and has purchased hydraulic cartridge valves from AAK 6
times. In the second half of last year, they developed a drilling equipment.
The hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve used on the equipment was
sampled from a local hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in Brazil. The
equipment commissioning was not smooth, and the impact of the drilling rig
during startup and shutdown is large, which is not acceptable to the customer.

to the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve, and Bauer asked AAK to make
samples. After 45 days, AAK sent 10 hydraulic pressure control cartridge
valves.

1 month later, Bauer informed us by email that AAK hydraulic pressure control
cartridge valve was installed on the drilling rig, with minimal impact during
startup and shutdown. Their equipment prototype had been delivered to the
customer, and he was confident that the customer would place a batch order. AAK

1. The hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve sleeve is provided with an
oil return port and an oil discharge port, and a valve seat with a through hole
is fixed. The valve spool is covered with a spring, and there is an oil passage
inside the valve spool. The lower end of the valve spool is a tapered end.

2. The upper end of the valve spool extends into the valve spool sleeve, which
is housed in the adjusting seat with a screw plug inside and a lock nut
outside. Threaded connections are used between the lock nut and the adjusting
seat, between the adjusting seat and the valve sleeve, and between the screw
plug and the adjusting seat.

3. The screw plug cooperates with the valve spool sleeve to form a second oil
chamber. The valve spool sleeve has two throttle holes and an annular throttle
hole. The valve spool cooperates with the valve spool sleeve to form a first
oil chamber. The lower end of the valve spool has an outer circumferential
surface and a column that matches the inner wall of the valve sleeve.
