Mechanical Structure :
1. using 16/25mm welded steel plate,greatly improve the strength of steel and
equipment .
2. after tempering prevent form deformation.
3. after sand-blasting ,greatly improve corrosion performance and service life
of the equipment .
4. after sand-blasting,anti-rust spray zinc -rich primer,rust greatly improve
equipment performance and service life.
Steam System :
Flow control valve and Japan with large pressure sensor controled so that
theheating accuracy ,precise pressure is reached 20% reduction in energy
consumption .
Cooling System :
Vertical vacuum barrel ,with a vacuum cooling spray device ,vacuum pump
