Product introduction:
YFMA-L series fully automatic laminators are our newly designed thermal film
lamination machines. This lamination machine is composed of feeding system,
laminating system, cutting system, paper collecting and rewinding system. The
electric and pneumatic devices are controlled by programmable control (PLC)
system. And the operator can operate the machine easily by touch screen.
Heating roll adopts built-in heating system which has excellent heating
remaining property to stabilize laminating temperature and make it more
precise. This machine centralizes the features of compact structure, high
automation and humanized operation design, is an excellent choice for large and
medium-size enterprises.

Main function:
PLC control, adjustable automatic paper feeder, front stop gauge controlled by
servo, Pre-stacking system, Non-stop paper feeding system, transfer station,
tension brake, adjustable air expansion shaft, pneumatic traction roller, flail
cutting system and Carborundum grinding wheel for easy separating, pneumatic
traction roller -anti curved device for thin paper, auto hydraulic pressure
system with silicone roller, Electromagnetic heating system, Automatic non-stop
collecting stacker.
