Product Introduction
The ABS brake system training platform is based on the automotive ABS braking
system, equipped with the working principle diagram of the ABS system, and
truly shows the working process of the ABS system during emergency braking.

demonstration of the ABS brake system.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of automobile ABS brake system theory
teaching and testing and maintenance training.
Second, functional characteristics
1. Based on the real car ABS braking system, the composition structure of the
ABS braking system is completely displayed.
2. The three-phase asynchronous motor drives the front and rear axles to rotate
to simulate the driving of the car. When the brake pedal is urgently pressed,
the ABS system starts to work, the front and rear brake discs keep a slight
rotation, and the brake pedal can feel constantly bouncing the foot, which
truly demonstrates the working process of the automotive ABS system.
3. The panel of the training bench is painted with color UV flat plate spray
circuit diagram and hydraulic pipeline diagram, and students can intuitively
compare the circuit diagram and ABS brake system to understand and analyze the
working principle of the control system.
4. The panel of the training bench is equipped with a detection terminal, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor and
control unit, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc. on
the panel.
5. The training bench is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the
hydraulic changes of the brake master cylinder and four brake sub-pumps in real
time.
6. The panel of the training bench is equipped with fault indicator light and
diagnostic base, which can be connected to a special or general automotive
decoder to perform ECU code query, read fault code, clear fault code, read data
flow, perform component testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis and other
self-diagnosis functions of ABS/EBD electronic control system.
