Overview: A segmented, multi-stage horizontal centrifugal pump primarily used in
fields such as petroleum refining, petrochemicals, and power generation, suitable
for conveying petroleum and its products free of solid particles.
Performance Range: Flow Rate Q=3.5～180 m³/h, Head H=70～650 m
Temperature range: -20°C to +300°C
Key Features:
The AY series oil pump products are the upgraded version of the Y-type oil pump,
featuring identical performance parameters and installation dimensions as the Y-
type pump, facilitating the retrofitting of older models.
● The axial force of the pump is balanced using a combination structure of balance
disc and balance drum, which prevents contact friction between the balance disc and
balance plate when the pump starts, operates, or stops, as occurs with a balance
disc structure.
● The advanced "triple flow" design method is adopted to enhance pump efficiency,
achieving 2~5% higher performance than the corresponding Y-type oil pump.
● The product complies with GB3215 "General Technical Conditions for Centrifugal
Pumps for Refinery, Chemical, and Petrochemical Processes" and API610 standards.
Structural characteristics:
● Type: Segmental, double-supported, horizontal multi-stage centrifugal oil pump.
● Inlet and outlet directions: a) Vertical suction, vertical discharge; b)
Horizontal suction, vertical discharge.
● Support methods: a) Pump foot support (suitable for locations where the
transported medium temperature is below 150°C); b) Central support.
● Balancing mechanism: A combined structure of the balance disk and balance drum
ensures no rotor axial movement during startup, operation, and shutdown.
● Shaft seal: Integrated mechanical seal.
● Coupling: flexible diaphragm coupling.
● Bearing: Rolling bearing, oil lubrication (cooling water is not required for
conveying ambient temperature media).
● Rotation direction: From the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
