Ball Joint Handrail, also known as ball post, ball joint fence, ball post, ball

1. Material: Ball Joint Handrail rods are divided into ordinary carbon steel
and stainless steel. Carbon steel surface needs to be hot-dip galvanized or
powder-coated to meet the color requirements of different environments .
Stainless steel needs to be pickled and polished to meet environmental
protection requirements.
2. Guardrail composition: column - handrail - railing - elbow - end cap - pipe
seat - skirting board.
3. Railing height: The height of a single rail is designed to be 1017mm for
double rails and 1200mm for triple rails.
4. Column spacing: There are four main types of column spacing: 1000, 1200,
1500 and 2000mm.
5. Installation and connection methods: The installation and connection
methods include welding on pre-buried iron or steel structures, installation on
non-metallic ground with expansion bolts, and installation on steel structures
with hexagonal bolts. The connection between pipes and columns and pipes is
welded with cores, and the corners are fixed with elbows. There are many
options for end connection methods , including welding, wall punching and
insertion, using pipe seats, caps or blind hole columns, etc.
6. Classification: According to the different use positions, the columns can
be divided into vertical columns (widely used in platform protection), inclined
columns (steel ladder handrails), and elbow columns (when the platform handrail
conflicts with the diagonal brace).
7. Packing method: plastic belt or steel belt.
8. Specifications: In addition to the following standard sizes, we can also
provide customized services for ball diameter, column diameter, handrail
diameter and crossbar diameter according to customer specific needs.
1) There are three main heights: 1.017 meters, 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters.
2) The ball diameters mainly include 66mm\70mm, 76mm and 85mm.
3) The main column diameters are 48mm, 51mm, 42.3mm and 38.1mm.
4) The handrail diameters mainly include 48mm, 51mm, 42.3mm and 38.1mm.
5) There are four types of crossbar diameters: 42.3mm, 51.0mm, 26.8mm, and
32.0mm.
6) There are three main types of horizontal bars: 1, 2 and 3.
