WAFFLES RECIPE

General Waffles:150g flour or waffle flour；100g eggs;10g oil(peanut oil,
vegetable oil); 10g baking powder; Some sugars, 50g milk


Steps:

Using hand mixer to stir the eggs evenly about 3 minutes;
Put into white sugar, stir evenly about 5 minutes;
Add into waffle flour, baking powder and cooking oil then mix evenly by hand;
Leave the batter to swell for half an hour before baking(Fermen-tation).
