Product Description
Bevel gear for mining cone crusher is used in fields such as ore crushing. It is
characterized by a large carrying capacity power and a larger outer diameter.
Generally, large gear is made of superior alloy steel, i.e. 42CrMo, while small
gear is made of 20CrMnTi. The transmission efficiency is usually 0.94~0.98.
The design, manufacturing, and installation processes are reasonable, the
requirements for transmission noise are not high, and low-speed transmission is
usually adopted. The transmission runs stably, the gear has a higher carrying
capacity, and the manufacturing difficulty is relatively low.
