BOPS window envelope film (environmental protection type)

envelope film, part of our BOPS range including BOPS film and BOPS
shrink film, specially developed for window envelopes.

Features: very good anti-static ability; smooth film surface so
envelope production rarely suffers film-related machine standstill;
good slitting performance with high-intensity endurance and easy
horizontal tearing, very suitable for high-speed envelope production
lines. Low cost: the standard 25um grade saves about 8%-16% on
envelope film cost compared with 27um and 29um materials from other
producers.

Specifications: Thickness: commonly 25 microns (27 g/m2), 29 g/m2 (32
microns) and 35 g/m2 (39 microns) options. Width: 100-150MM typical.
Roll length: 3000-4000M. Density: 1.04 g/cm3.

Applications: transparent windows for envelopes and paper bags; gives
a very good read rate for mail sorting.
