SUMMARIZE:
Prismatic shell core assembly line contains:
1. Module section: core scanning and sorting, automatic sorting, manual gluing,
module stacking, rework up and down, module polarity detection and pole
addressing, assembly bus or CCS, shared laser welding, post-soldering
inspection, module down line and other stations.
Welding, post-soldering inspection, module offline and other workstations.
2. PACK section: case loading, liquid-cooled plate air-tightness detection,
liquid-cooled plate glue application, module in-box code scanning, module
fixing,
copper row fastening, case accessories, case panel, BMS installation,
Sampling wiring harness, assembling and checking the cover, EOL collection and
communication test, case airtightness check, PACK off the line and other
workstations.
