BPRS-B Semi-automatic assembly line for prismatic battery

SUMMARIZE:
This line is mainly used for prismatic aluminum shell battery application
process, manual loading, OCV sorting, turning mechanism, manual
gluing, reserved station, double station bundling detention,AI polarity
detection and pole addressing, manual mounting of BUS sheets,
laser welding, reserved stations. The front section of the line body through
the module integration and speed chain to complete the module
PACKThe front section of the line body completes the welding of the module PACK
and the production of the previous process through the
module integration and the speed chain, and realizes the linkage with the rear
section of the line body through the linkage-type load shifting
automatically,and the rear section of the line body mainly adopts manual
operation of the speed chain.
