Bridge Guardrail

Bridge guardrails are safety protection facilities installed on the edge of the
bridge, which have multiple functions such as ensuring traffic safety, guiding
traffic order, and beautifying the bridge landscape.
There are Mainly the Following Categories:
1. Concrete Guardrails, Stone Guardrails.
● Features: high strength and strong impact resistance, but lack of buffering,
causing greater damage to vehicles. Suitable for bridges with heavy traffic or
low landscape requirements (such as highway bridges).
2. Corrugated Beam Guardrails, Beam-Column Guardrails (Metal Or Concrete).
● Features: Absorbing energy through material deformation, taking into account
both protection and buffering, the most widely used (such as urban road
bridges).
3. Cable Guardrails, Steel Cable Guardrails.
● Features: Using cable tension to buffer collisions, visual transparency and
beauty, suitable for mountainous areas, scenic area bridges or scenes with high
landscape requirements.
