Capacitive Touch Display
Capacitive touch display consist of a display and a touchpad. Controls are
usually already integrated. Some people refer to the capacitive touch screen
panel as a touch pad. In any case, it involves the possibility of making inputs
in a larger area in order to read outputs or display the keyboard and inputs or
outputs at the same time.

How does a capacitive touch display work?
Capacitive touch display consist of a thin layer of conductive material, such
as copper or indium tin oxide (ITO), printed on the underside of the insulating
outer layer of the display. When a finger touches the screen, a small charge is
attracted to the point of contact, effectively turning it into a functional
capacitor. The resulting change in the electrostatic field is then measured to
pinpoint where the contact occurs.
