CapitalBio® Microarray Scanner LuxScan™10K/D, a novel optical system design
based on the laser confocal principle, improves detection sensitivity and is
suitable for dual-color or single-color fluorescence detection and analysis of
high, medium, and low-density biochips.

The LuxScan™10K/D optical system works on the laser confocal principle. It
increases the sensitivity of detection and can be used for either single-color
or dual-color fluorescence detection and analysis of high, medium, or low
density biochips.

The first microfluidic in situ fluorescence scanner for detecting amplified
nucleic acids

Two fluorescence detection channels can be monitored independently due to
sequential scanning, and the laser intensity and PMT can be fine-tuned in real-
time.

LuxScan10K/D has a much larger numerical aperture of 0.76 than the industry
standard of 0.68. The amount of light that can be collected is directly related
to the lens's numerical aperture.
