Chain Link Fence

Chain link fence is woven from low-carbon steel wire into a diamond mesh. It is
supplied with a galvanized or PVC-coated finish for residential boundaries,
sports grounds, construction sites, and animal enclosures. The open diamond
structure maintains visibility and airflow while providing a secure barrier.
Mesh opening typically ranges from 25 mm to 100 mm, with steel wire diameters
from 1.20 mm to 5.00 mm. Roll heights are available from 0.5 m to 5.0 m, and
roll lengths from 1 m to 50 m.

into a diamond mesh. It is supplied with a galvanized or PVC-coated finish for
residential boundaries, sports grounds, construction sites, and animal
enclosures. The open structure maintains visibility and airflow. Mesh opening,
wire diameter, and roll height can be adjusted for different fence lines.
Smaller openings and heavier wire provide a stiffer fabric but also increase
roll weight. Buyers should state the steel core diameter, coating type, mesh
size, and edge finish when requesting a quotation.

Specifications
Material: Low-carbon steel wire (Q195 or Q235 by order)

Mesh Opening: 25, 40, 50, 55, 60, 65, 76, or 100 mm (other sizes by order)

Steel Wire Diameter: 1.20–5.00 mm

Roll Height: 0.5–5.0 m

Roll Length: 1–50 m

PVC-Coated Wire: The steel core diameter and finished coated diameter must be
stated separately. Industry specifications normally identify polymer-coated
fabric by its core wire size, not its finished outside diameter.

Galvanized Fabric: Zinc coating weight is supplied according to the confirmed
order. “Heavy galvanized” should not be used in the contract unless the
required coating weight is stated. ASTM A392 treats mesh size, wire size,
fabric height, selvage, zinc coating weight, and breaking strength as separate
specification items.

Packing: Compacted rolls with protective wrapping. Pallet packing is available
when agreed before production.
