CKA/CKH/CKM /CKL Series Slurry Pump

Description
The pump is double casing, cantilever and horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps.
Pump discharge outlet can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request
and oriented to any 8 positions to suit installations and applications.
Optional shaft seal types: packing seal, expeller seal, mechanical seal.
CKA/CKH/CKM series pumps are designed for handling liquids containing abrasive
solids or high density slurry and CKL series pump is designed for transporting
low density and low abrasive slurry with small particles in metallurgy, mine,
coal, power, building material and general industries. These pumps can be
installed in multistage condition to meet the delivery for long distance.
CKA/CKH/CKM/CKL series pumps have replaceable SiC composite ceramics or
sintered ceramics material liners, impellers. CKH series pump is with high-head
performance. CKL series pump is with high speed, compact size, less occupied
area.

Features
● Replaceable wear-resistant metal liners, impellers &volute liners are made
of ultra wear and corrosion resistance material ( SiC composite ceramics or
sintered ceramics).
● Bearing assembly uses cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between
impeller & front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired.
Grease lubrication.
● The impeller can be 2--6 blades ones, making the pump more effective. And
the pump can achieve in excess of 87% in the best efficiency area.
● Shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
One pump also can be use expeller seal accompany with packing.
● The discharge outlet can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request
and oriented to any 8 positions to suit installations and applications.
● This pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for
long distance.
● Drive types: direct coupling drive(DC), V belt drive(CR, CV, ZV, CL), etc.
