Clean New Material Adhesive

This Clean New Material Adhesive is specifically developed for cleanroom
panel and door manufacturing, where structural strength, environmental safety,
and long-term stability are critical. It is compatible with a wide range of
substrates including Galvanized steel sheet, rock wool, magnesium oxide board
and magnesium sulfate board, aluminum sheet, aluminum honeycomb core material,
paper honeycomb core material — making it ideal for multi-layer composite
cleanroom structures.
The formulation is solvent-free and formaldehyde-free, supporting green
building and controlled-environment standards. It has been verified under
-40°C to 70°C thermal cycling (50 cycles) with no strength reduction,
ensuring reliable performance under temperature variation. With a load-bearing
capacity up to 1100 kg without panel deformation, and bonding strength 80%
higher than conventional single-component systems, the adhesive achieves 100%
substrate failure under testing — indicating true structural bonding
capability.
