Woven Dryer Fabric
The woven dryer fabric is constructed from warp and weft yarns, both made of
hydrolysis-resistant polyester. The warp system consists of upper and lower
warp yarns, arranged in pairs. Each pair of warp yarns is woven through two
sets of four warp yarns with different diameters to form the fabric structure.
The warp yarns are flat filaments, while the weft yarns are round filaments.
This design increases the contact area between the yarn surface and the paper
sheet, thereby enhancing heat transfer between the dryer cylinder and the
paper. The flat-yarn dryer fabric has a relatively thin structure; as water
vapor passes through the mesh, the likelihood of condensation is reduced,
effectively improving drying efficiency. In addition, the surface of the flat
dryer fabric is smooth, resulting in lighter fabric marks on the paper during
the drying process compared with conventional round-yarn fabrics.
Characteristic
Good breathability: The mesh design of the mesh belt is reasonable, allowing
air to circulate freely, allowing hot air to fully penetrate the fabric,
achieving uniform drying, improving drying efficiency, and avoiding uneven
dryness and wetness of the fabric locally.
High dimensional stability: During the high-temperature drying process, the
mesh belt can maintain a stable size without significant elongation or
contraction due to heat, ensuring the transmission accuracy of the fabric
during the drying process and preventing problems such as deviation and
wrinkling of the fabric.
High strength and wear resistance: It has sufficient strength to bear the
weight of the fabric, and is not easily worn or scratched by the fabric during
long-term use, reducing the frequency of mesh belt replacement and lowering
production costs.
Smooth surface: The surface of the mesh belt is flat and smooth, with low
friction between it and the fabric, which can avoid damage to the fabric
surface during transmission and ensure the quality of the fabric.
