Concrete Power Floating and Troweling Robot

Fangshi Concrete Power Floating and Troweling Robot is an autonomous electric
floor finishing machine that performs both stages of post-pour concrete
surface treatment — power floating at initial concrete setting and power
troweling at final concrete setting — in a single robotic system. This dual-
process capability, delivered through Fangshi's self-developed motion control
system integrated with proprietary acceleration feedforward algorithms,
eliminates the need for separate machines or separate crews to complete each
finishing stage.
The Construction Robot represents a fundamental technological reconstruction of
the traditional ride-on power trowel: instead of requiring an operator to
physically sit on the machine and drive it across wet concrete, Fangshi's robot
operates fully autonomously under remote supervision from up to 200 meters
away. The operator never needs to stand on or near the freshly finished
surface, eliminating the footprint damage and quality inconsistency that are
unavoidable with conventional ride-on trowels.
