CQB-G magnetic pump with cooling and heat insulating device

Working principle:

Cqb-g magnetic head insulated centrifugal pump Is the application of modern
magnetics principles, the use of permanent magnet magnetic transmission to realize
non-contact transmission of torque of a new type of pump. The motor drives the
outer rotor (the outer magnetic steel) assembly rotates, through the role of
magnetic field lines through the space sleeve to drive inner rotor (inner magnet
steel assembly) and impeller synchronous rotating .Because the media is closed in
the space sleeve to achieve the purpose of leakfree pumping medium.



High temperature pump with cooling device (heat insulating device)

Space sleeve of pump body is designed with the double cooling (heat insulation)
devices. High temperature magnetic pump can use water, nitrogen, etc. as the
cooling medium in the pump body to keep the medium into the pump in low
temperature. Steam can be added into the pump body for heat preservation to ensure
the medium in the process of conveying not condensation, crystallization and
evaporation, completely solve the mechanical transmission shaft seal of pump leaks,
cooling, crystallization and evaporation, completely solve the mechanical
transmission shaft seal of pump leaks, cold temperature, gasification etc.

Application:

Liquids density is not more than 1840kg／m3, Viscosity is not more than 30cm2/S,
Liquids without solid grain or fiber

Liquid temperature is up 300Degree Celsius.

Pump has the structure of back pull out and is connected motor by shaft coupling.
