FRICTION STIR WELDING (FSW) MACHINES

Friction Stir Welding Machine (FSW Machine) is a state-of-the-art solid-state
joining technology widely adopted in aerospace, rail transit, automotive,
shipbuilding, and energy industries. Unlike traditional fusion welding, FSW does
not involve melting. Instead, it uses a non-consumable rotating tool to generate
frictional heat and plastic deformation at the joint, resulting in superior weld
quality, minimal distortion, and excellent mechanical properties.
