Cuttable O Ring Cord Ideal for Emergency Sealing

In the actual work site, many times you want to find an O-ring of the right
size - but you may not be able to find it. Especially when you encounter some
non-standard size sealing grooves, or old equipment suddenly leaks oil, you
need to replace a ring, and wait for molded parts? That will delay things a
lot.

At this time, o-ring cord are particularly useful. Cut as long as you want, and
stick it with special glue to form a circle immediately. If you have some
experience, you can get it done in ten minutes and use it on site. Although it
is mainly used in static sealing places, its emergency response ability is
awesome.

Where will it be used? You can guess but you may not have guessed it all

To put it bluntly, almost as long as there is a liquid to be sealed and a gas
to be prevented from leaking, it is possible for it to play a role.

Like hydraulic systems, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and even wind power
equipment, sewage treatment plants, and auto repair workshops, these places
often see the shadow of o ring cord. Many times, a roll of wire can replace
dozens of types of O-rings. Maintenance masters, equipment managers, and field

There are many materials, and it is important to choose the right one.

There are many o-ring cord materials on the market, and the common ones are as
follows:

NBR nitrile rubber: oil-resistant, enough for general equipment, fuel, and
hydraulics;

FKM fluororubber: heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for high
temperature and acid-base media;

There is really no universal answer to material selection. It depends on the
equipment conditions, such as temperature, pressure, type of medium, and where
you want to seal it.

Don't just think of it as a wire, we treat it as a "live part"

If you come to ask us for goods, we won't just ask you how many diameters you
want and send a courier. We will ask you clearly what medium you are sealing,

If you really want to fit the working conditions, you have to consider the
materials, hardness, bonding method, and groove type at once. This job is no
easier than making an engine.

This is quite interesting. Some customers used to have dozens of different
types of O-rings in their warehouses, which not only took up space, but some
models were covered with dust all year round. But after using o ring cord, the
situation is different.

We provided them with several commonly used diameters of wire, plus a small
bonding tool, which can basically cope with more than 80% of maintenance needs.
The inventory has been reduced, and the efficiency has been improved.

Don't underestimate a rubber wire. If it is selected incorrectly or connected
incorrectly, the entire equipment may leak, stop, or have an accident. But if
used well, it can help you solve many things that would otherwise be very
troublesome.
