DBW food grade electric diaphragm pump

DBW food grade hygienic sanitary electric diaphragm pump is widely used in Beverage
industry, pharmaceutical industry, dairy industry, food industry, meat industry,
cosmetics industry, condiments industry, daily chemical industry, alcohol industry
etc.

Advantage:

Working principle:

The motor (4) drives the diaphragm (2) above the plunger at the left and right ends
to reciprocate through the reduction gear box (3).In the left and right pump
Chambers, the movement of the upper and lower four one-way ball valves (1) affect
diaphragm the change in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the four one-way
ball valves to open and close alternately, thus continuously inhaling and
discharging the liquid.

Sanitary electric double diaphragm pump notice:

1. No valve is allowed to be installed at the pump outlet, if it is necessary,
please install safety valves in the outlet, working pressure cannot exceed 0.4MPA.

2, The lubricant oil should be added timely to keep the normal operation of the
lubrication system.

3. The ambient temperature of the pump in use shall be less than 40℃, and the
motor temperature shall not exceed 75℃.

4. The medium to be transported and its temperature shall be within the allowable
range of the pump material.

5. When the pumped liquid is easy to precipitate for the crystallization of the
medium, the pump should be cleaned after finishing operation so as to avoid damage
when open again.
