DF horizontal stainless steel multistage chemical pump

DF horizontal multistage pump is made of stainless steel material and is used to
transport the corrosive liquids with temperature of -20 to 150℃, without solid
particles.

The inlet pressure of the pump is less than 0.6mpa.

DF multistage pump is horizontal, single suction, multi - stage centrifugal pump.

The outlet and inlet of the pump are vertically upward, and the suction section,
middle section and spit section of the pump are connected together with tension
bolts.

Pump rotor is installed in the shaft of the impeller, balance plate and other
parts.

Both ends of the rotor are supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings which
are lubricated by grease.

The axial forces of the rotor are balanced by the balancing disc.

Features:

Shaft seal can be for mechanical seal or packing seal.

There is seal box in the both end of shaft seal.

Mechanical seal or packing seal can be stalled inside of seal box.

Water with the certain pressure is filled into the seal box for the water seal and
cooling.

A replaceable sleeve is provided at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

The pump is directly driven by the electric motor through an elastic shaft
coupling.

Viewed from the motor direction, the pump has clockwise rotation.

Flow range (Q) : 6-330m /h

Head range (H) : 100-900m

Ambient temperature (℃) : ≤40℃

Medium temperature (℃) : -20℃~105℃

Speed (r/min) : 1450-2900r/min
