* Capacity - 1500 liters of diesel fuel per day.
* Equipment placement - 20-foot container (no additional structures
required)
* An economical burner running on the same waste oil is used as a heat
source, with a consumption of 30-40 liters per day, which is much more
economical than using heating
elements powered by electricity.
* The unit is equipped with an automatic process control system, an
indication of the operating temperature of used oil, vapors in the upper
part of the column and an indication of
the limits of exceeding it.
* For the installation to work, it is necessary: electricity with a
capacity of 1.5 kW, process water (for a closed circuit).
* An area of at least 50 m2 is required for the operation of the processing
line.
* Maintenance staff – 1 person
