Differential Pressure Sensor-based VAV Control System

Differential Pressure Sensor-based VAV Control System is suitable for a variety
of walk-in type fume hoods.
The differential pressure sensor-based VAV control system takes the
differential pressure between the inside and outside of the fume hood as a
constant value to control the opening degree of damper.
The differential pressure sensor is used to measure the actual differential
pressure value between the inside and outside of the hood. Then, the measured
differential pressure value is compared with the preset differential pressure
value. The opening degree of damper blades is adjusted to make the measured
differential pressure conform to the preset differential pressure value through
PID.
Regardless of the chances in sash height or in static pressure of ductwork, a
constant differential pressure value is maintained between the inside and
outside of the fume hood.
