Dimethyldichlorosilane
Dimethyldichlorosilane is mainly used to make dimethylsilyl ether oil, silicone
rubber and silicone resin.
Application
Dimethyldichlorosilane is mainly used to make dimethylsilyl ether oil, silicone
rubber and silicone resin.

(1) As a raw material for organic silicon compounds containing silicon
functional group structures, such as trimethylalkoxysilane,
hexamethyldisiloxane, hexamethyldisilazane, trimethylcyanosilane, etc.
(2) As a protecting group for functional groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl and
amino groups, trimethylchlorosilane is an excellent reagent for introducing
trimethylsilyl groups into organic molecules. The reaction yield of connecting
and removing trimethylsilyl groups is high, the conditions are mild and the
application range is wide. Therefore, it is widely used in organic synthesis.
(3) Widely used in gas chromatography analysis of biochemical samples.
Silylated derivatives are obtained by reacting certain biochemical samples with
trimethylchlorosilane. They have high volatility and can be used.
(4) Effectively regulate the molecular weight of polymers.
Trimethylchlorosilane is used as a capping agent for organic silicon polymers,
which effectively regulates the molecular weight of polymers. It is widely used
in the production of silicone oil.
Packaging and Storage
Three types of packaging: 
Package 1: 170Kg (iron drum); 
Package 2: 25Kg (iron drum); 
Package 3: tank truck (T22-TANK tank container);
 
Store at 25°C or below in the original unopened container; the shelf life of
this product is one year from the date of production. Expired products can only
be used after passing the test.
