Double Wire Fence

Double wire fence, also called twin wire fence or 868 fence, is made from Q195
or Q235 low carbon steel wire. The structure has two horizontal wires welded to
one vertical wire at each intersection. The most common specification is 868 —
8mm horizontal twin wires and 6mm vertical single wire

Double Wire Fence is made from welded steel wire with two horizontal wires and
one vertical wire at each mesh line. This structure gives the panel better
stiffness than common single wire welded mesh fence. It is used for schools,
factories, parks, residential areas, public facilities, warehouses, and road
side fencing. Regular mesh size is 50 x 200 mm. Common wire combinations
include 8 x 2 + 6 mm, 6 x 2 + 5 mm, and 6 x 2 + 4 mm. Panel width is usually
2500 mm. Surface finish can be galvanized, PVC coated, or powder coated
according to order requirements.
