EDDY CURRENT SEPARATOR

Eddy current conveyor (also known as Non-Ferrous Separators) use the induction
principle (eddy current) of a high-frequency magnetic field to separate non-
ferrous metals. High-capacity permanent magnet drum traveling at a high speed
inside a conveyor belt causes an eddy current in non-magnetic non-ferrous
metals moving on the drum to produce a magnetic field. It has the advantages of
a good sorting effect, strong adaptability, reliable mechanical structure,
strong repulsive force (adjustable), high sorting efficiency, and large
processing capacity.

Eddy Current Separator Principle
The frame, motor system, sorting assembly, sealing cover, and vibration feeding
system make up the Hengchuang Eddy Current Separator. A revolving drum and a
feeding mechanism make up the sorting assembly. There is a thrust to the
materials that produce eddy currents when they move at a relative motion speed
to the magnetic field, which causes the non-magnetic conductor materials to
separate out when materials containing non-magnetic conductor metals (copper
aluminum tin) move through an alternating magnetic field at a certain speed.
