Our elastic weft yarns are specially designed for radial tyre cord fabric,
featuring a two-component coating structure. The inner core is made of nylon
66 yarn, while the outer layer consists of long-staple cotton coating twisted
around the core. This structure enhances the initial modulus during weaving,
preventing accidental elongation of the nylon 66 yarn. Additionally, the
increased friction between the cotton coating and the nylon core prevents
slippage, ensuring the stability of cord fabric formation. With exceptional
elongation properties of up to 80%, our elastic weft yarns significantly
improve the durability and performance of radial tyre cord fabrics.
